A year into the global pandemic, Aqua Public Relations devised a social media campaign to entice workers to the Gayndah region for a predicted annual six-month harvest. We devised a #picktheburnett campaign theme, project-managed the design of social media tiles to illustrate the call-out to workers, worked with member-growers to gather details about the ever-changing number of workers required across multiple farms, sourced images, profiled individual growers and accommodation providers, and addressed seasonal workers' questions through the association's Facebook page.
