A styled and catered on-farm lunch for 30 employees celebrating a brand launch and partner milestone.

From concept to delivery in 10 days, Aqua Public Relations was responsible for event planning and organisation including briefing and engaging suppliers, overseeing styling and theming, logistics and photography.
The lunch was set under a marquee in the field, with raspberry growing tunnels providing the backdrop. It celebrated Piñata’s joint venture partner BerryWorld Group’s “Burst” brand relaunch and 25 years of growing berries globally.
We brought to life a berry themed catered buffet including a balloon installation, handmade desserts and a celebration cake featuring freshly-picked raspberries and strawberries. A social photographer was engaged to capture the moment.
